Quick Response
Speed is essential when building materials and contents are water damaged. Every hour the building and contents are wet increases the drying time making the recovery more costly. Flood Doctor™ emergency response teams will be at your home or business within 1-2 hours from the time we receive the call, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Quick response to water damage results in your walls and contents being restored instead of being replaced, saving money and putting you back in your home or business faster.
Peace of mind with Thermal Imaging – Knowing what is wet
Knowing what is wet is essential to an efficient and complete restoration job. Flood Doctor™ uses state of the art digital Infrared Thermographic cameras as well as penetrating and non-penetrating moisture metering equipment to quickly and accurately map wet areas of your building. Infrared imaging detects the heat signature of wet materials and shows hidden wet areas. IR photography provides immediate documentation as well as post remediation evidence of structural drying which speeds up the claims process. Many restoration companies do not use thermal imaging because of the extensive cost and training needed to own the equipment.
Structure and Contents Drying – Quick Action
Flood Doctor™ has successfully completed thousands of water damage jobs over the last 11 years. Our I.I.C.R.C. technicians understand the nature of the materials to be dried and the science of drying. After the bulk of the water is removed through extraction we remove the hard to reach moisture with evaporation and dehumidification, saving the structure and the contents from further damage and preventing mold.
On-Site Management
Once your restoration job is underway we carefully control the drying environment with daily monitoring visits thereby insuring the fastest possible restoration and reducing the overall cost of the job. You are always fully informed about the status of the job and all of your concerns are addressed. Thorough daily documentation of your restoration job speeds the claims process.
Insurance Companies Billed Directly
Most water losses are covered by your homeowner's insurance policy but you must take immediate action to minimize the loss, which is usually stated directly in the policy. Flood Doctor™ will work directly with your insurance company to get your claim settled as quickly as possible.
