Flood Doctor uses the most modern tools and thermal imaging fits into our portfolio of solutions. Using moisture meters, digital photographs, diagramming and moisture mapping are the first part of the equation.
Thermal imaging saves hours of labor, because it detects water infiltration behind walls, into subfloors and in places the human eye can’t see.
The standards for drying have changed, taking into account newfound knowledge about mold, mildew and its effects on the lungs and health of the homeowners.
Getting a plan in place within 24 hours is key to retaining the integrity of the structure and drywall. We’ll arrive, get a unique, customized plan in place, and start the process … fast. Most homes can start drying the same day the homeowners agree to the plan.

Flood Doctor saved my apartment in Falls Church a couple years ago after the unit above the 10th floor flooded. Their service was prompt and efficient, keeping the damage to the bathroom and hallway minimal. I didn't have to deal with multiple contractors. They literally handled all aspects.Maha Mokaddem - Falls Church, Virginia

These guys are serious professionals. Friendly, trustworthy and punctual everything I look for in a contractor and more. Couldn't be any happier with their services and plan on using them if I have any other issues in the future. Thanks, Frank and the team!
Can't begin to say how great this company is being. Had severe water damage happen on4/29/17 called them & they were there promptly & immediately assessed the situation & started to work. Would highly recommend them.
I was overseas for work when our basement flooded. Flood doctor was at work right away despite getting my call late at night. And they managed the damage with speed, courtesy, and accessibility. I felt I could trust them even though I was thousands of miles away which is no small thing.
This is the 2nd time we've used flood doctor in as many years. The 1st time was two years ago after one of our bathrooms flooded the house. This time it was a pipe break in the basement. Both times we've been happy with their work. Both the office staff and their field techs are pleasant and easy to work with. They spent time walking us through everything and kept us updated at all times.
I called several 'Water Damage Restoration' companies and Flood Doctor was the only one that came through. All the others indicated they would not be available until the following morning (not exactly what I call an 'Emergency Response'). My basement unit flooded at 10 pm on the 4th of July holiday weekend after a heavy rainfall and failed sump pump. They were there within a couple of hours and immediately extracted all water.
