For nearly two decades Flood Doctor has been a leader in providing flood and water damage cleanup services in Northern Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC. We also specialize in Fire and storm damage preparation and construction solutions for commercial properties. Including hospitality, military, multi-family and educational facilities.
Our name reflects the reliable disaster response capabilities we provide for you as well as our ability to handle your large, complex projects through the construction process.
We have an extensive supply of resources, technical expertise, and state-of-the-art equipment, which allows us to respond immediately to multiple and simultaneous disasters.
Our core values are our guiding principles; simply stated it’s what we believe. These are not mere slogans. They are the foundational pillars of our company, reflecting how we operate and who we are. They are accepted and exemplified by every Flood Doctor employee, without exception, and provide the moral compass guiding us forward.
PLAN AHEAD AND RECEIVE PRIORITY RESPONSE
A catastrophe can create an environmental emergency that can quickly get out of control and create additional damages and liabilities than the event alone. In a disaster situation, proper timing and effective planning can save significant money. A few minutes can mean the difference between business-as-usual or significant operational downtime. With extensive national coverage, one call to our Rapid Response Hotline will activate our disaster priority response team.
Flood Doctor’s On Call membership begins with a coordinated response plan that works with your existing disaster recovery plan so that when a catastrophe occurs, every stakeholder is prepared and is operating in unity.
With over 20 years experience in the disaster restoration industry, Flood Doctor’s On Call membership will help your business develop a disaster priority response and readiness plan and develop a process that ensures your business will be able to mitigate damages and recover from the financial and personal toll a catastrophe can cause.
Our experts will work to understand your facilities, vital systems and mission-critical records and then develop a recovery plan specifically designed to meet your needs. This plan can often save hours, days or weeks in the event of a catastrophic disaster
Our restoration professionals respond immediately – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year – to alleviate loss and meet the challenge reliably, professionally and compassionately.
A dedicated account manager will be assigned to coordinate the disaster priority response and will serve as the single point of contact throughout all projects.
Flood Doctor is the most trusted name in restoration industry, because we don’t outsource and you can trust our workers when they are in your home or business. They are specially trained and industry certified. You will be assigned a Project Manager who will walk you through the entire process step-by-step. The team leader is plugged into your job every single day. No exceptions.
Part of drying a house and cleaning it is knowing what you are doing, not learning on the job. Our team is local, understands the soil and water tables of Virginia, but use national standards. We’ve got thousands of happy customers in Virginia, Maryland and DC, and if you look through our testimonials we probably have one from your town. We’re a hometown team, so your neighbors are our neighbors.
Complete Assessment of your Facilities, Vital Systems and Mission-Critical Records. Flood Doctor professionals will conduct a complete assessment of your facilities, vital systems and mission-critical records to identify and document all critical business functions and processes.
Policyholders don’t want hassles. We’ll make sure you get the coverage you paid for, remove the headache of having to work with your insurance company, and streamline the entire process. You have enough to worry about; we’ll work with your insurance company to achieve your complete satisfaction. In fact, we’ll usually do a survey with the insurance companies to make certain each and every policyholder gets everything they are entitled to get.
Flood Doctor saved my apartment in Falls Church a couple years ago after the unit above the 10th floor flooded. Their service was prompt and efficient, keeping the damage to the bathroom and hallway minimal. I didn't have to deal with multiple contractors. They literally handled all aspects.Maha Mokaddem - Falls Church, Virginia
Dishwasher flooded our kitchen ruining the flooring in adjacent room and cabinetry. The crew did an amazing job. Talk to the company and worked very diligently ensure things were completed to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company
These guys are serious professionals. Friendly, trustworthy and punctual everything I look for in a contractor and more. Couldn't be any happier with their services and plan on using them if I have any other issues in the future. Thanks, Frank and the team!
Can't begin to say how great this company is being. Had severe water damage happen on4/29/17 called them & they were there promptly & immediately assessed the situation & started to work. Would highly recommend them.?
I was overseas for work when our basement flooded. Flood doctor was at work right away despite getting my call late at night. And they managed the damage with speed, courtesy, and accessibility. I felt I could trust them even though I was thousands of miles away which is no small thing.
This is the 2nd time we've used flood doctor in as many years. The 1st time was two years ago after one of our bathrooms flooded the house. This time it was a pipe break in the basement. Both times we've been happy with their work. Both the office staff and their field techs are pleasant and easy to work with. They spent time walking us through everything and kept us updated at all times.
I called several 'Water Damage Restoration' companies and Flood Doctor was the only one that came through. All the others indicated they would not be available until the following morning (not exactly what I call an 'Emergency Response'). My basement unit flooded at 10 pm on the 4th of July holiday weekend after a heavy rainfall and failed sump pump. They were there within a couple of hours and immediately extracted all water.
