Growth behind a bathroom wall or in a crawlspace. We find the moisture source, contain the room under negative air, remove material to IICRC S520, and fix what let water in.

Inspection and moisture mapping
Thermal cameras plus penetrating and non-penetrating moisture meters show where water actually went, including inside wall cavities and under hardwood where nothing looks wrong from the room.
Extraction and structural drying
Truck-mounted and portable units pull standing water off carpet and hardwood. LGR dehumidifiers and air movers then run in the affected rooms while we take readings daily until the meters read dry.
Salvage before demolition
Hardwood dried with floor mats often recovers, and cabinet toe kicks are drilled and dried rather than pulled. Drywall and insulation come out only where the readings say they cannot come back.
